We've made your first visit to us 75 minutes so we have time for a thorough chat and still get a good chunk of table time in ~ It's all in the details!



If you're coming in for a Follow Up Consultation, you can choose between 60 & 75 minute sessions. If you have more than one issue you'd like addressed, the 75 session is recommended. 


For first time visits.

It is best to have had a snack and plenty of water in the lead up! 

As you might expect, it is best to assess and treat your soft tissue with clothing out of the way so please bring along options that will make it easy for you to move and feel comfortable.

Please refrain from coming when you are unwell and be sure to mention if you have any skin sensitivities, disorders, or are taking any medications. If you are unsure, please make sure to get in touch before your session.

If there is anything else you might feel concern or have questions about, please feel welcome to ask!

Health Care Records.

RMTs follow the Standard for Patient Records where we keep a clinical record for each patient containing : 

  1. Your full name, gender, and date of birth,

  2. Your current address and telephone number,

  3. The medical history you provide,

  4. All dates of attendance together with sufficient information regarding your condition and treatments.

If there are any changes to your health, contact or personal information, we expect you to inform us so that we can do our best to ensure that the information contained in your Health Care Records are current, accurate and complete.

Privacy Policy.

Nothing you disclose during a session will be repeated to a third party without your express permission and your personal details are kept confidential. We take all reasonable measures to ensure that the collection, use, access, disclosure, care and disposal of Personal Information occur in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act or the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (as the case may be), and any other legal requirements.

Cancellation Policy.

If for any reason you cannot make your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee and we reserve the right to charge the full amount for no-shows. 

Our products.

We use a mix of organic coconut and essential oils for soft-tissue work - we figure if it's safe for you to eat, it's safe to put on your skin. Please let us know ahead of time if you have allergies.

We have an office cat!

Some days of the week, she comes to the studio to warm the chairs... if you happen to have a physical or metaphorical allergy to felines, please let us know!
